ACQUISITION AND USE OF DATA
1. WHEN THE WEBSITE IS CALLED UP [Server-Log-Files]
Our website is hosted by 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur. On our behalf, this service provider collects and stores the following information which is transmitted automatically by your terminal:
- IP-adress
- Date and time of request
- Referrer URL (the previously visited web page)
- Browser type/version
- Employed operating system
The service provider stores the IP address for a limited period (up to seven days) strictly for technical reasons and to avert dangers.
At the end of this period, the IP address is anonymised. This rules out the possibility of creating user profiles pertaining to individuals. We may evaluate the data records in order to analyse errors and for statistical purposes, so as to enable us to optimise the website and adapt it to users’ needs. The legal basis is provided by GDPR, Art. 6, para. 1 (f). The anonymised data records are erased automatically after a certain time (generally 2 months). The data records are not aligned with any other data records, nor are the data records or parts thereof passed on to any third parties.
